For empowerment and freedom of expression.

This essence is for the wounds we have experienced as women. We know them as the trinity wounds…the mother wound, the sister wound and the witch wound.

The mother wound represents the pain of being a woman passed down through generations of women in patriarchal cultures. What toxic behaviours did we pick up from the female lineage in our families that disempowers us?

The “sister wound” is the pain of being betrayed and wounded by other women in our lives and culture. What women in our lives have hurt us and can we challenge ourselves to forgive and let the pain go?

The “witch wound” is the pain of being persecuted for being a woman with power. Are we being secretive with our gifts and talents? Are we longing to be seen but lack the courage to do so?

These wounds can shape and define us, they give us fuel to create the projections that we show the world. But are they who we really are? When we strip back the shadow, what is shining in the darkness?

This bottle challenges you to go deeper to meet your fierce soul, to embody the spirit of your inner wild woman. A woman who releases the pain of the mother, sister and witch wounds, thriving in her power.

Mantra: 'I am free. I am seen. I am powerful.’

Directions: Take three drops directly on the tongue or in water/herbal tea, three times a day for 2-3 weeks. After that, continue taking as you need it. Some people find flower essences particularly beneficial during times of astrological significance or certain lunar cycles. Flower essences taken during yoga, meditation or other forms of healing/ritual work are also excellent at increasing the therapeutic and healing effects of the remedy.

Ingredients: Wild harvested and organic motherwort, mugwort, rose, elecampane, yarrow, hibiscus, courgette blossom, kundalini citrine elixir, brandy and spring water.

All flowers were gathered in Wicklow during the new and full moon, left to steep in the sun and moonlight.
