Uplift Flower Essence

To lift your mood.

One morning, while walking down country road, I discovered the most beautiful hawthorn tree. It was growing along a little stream, somewhat hidden from view. Along that same road, growing in a patch of sunlight, I found st john’s wort next to wild rose. Further down, wild mustard and gorse were blooming a vibrant golden yellow. What is remarkable is that all of these flowers are used traditionally in flower medicine to treat sadness. Mother earth is just so incredible!

The flowers in Uplift offer a gentle remedy for feeling down. They hold you without making you numb, giving those who suffer from melancholy, the blues or general unease a sense of soothing comfort. While this blend doesn't treat serious depression, it does help by gently lifting those who feel sad and holding the space for them to heal. Beautiful wild rose and st john's wort are used to lift the spirit, lemon balm to give a sense of childlike wonder, hawthorn to heal the heart, wild mustard and gorse to bring joy and starflower to give comfort and bring courage. This is a serious little bottle that gives a subtle and gentle lift, helping you to rise up above your sadness and find a glimmer of lightness in the dark.

Mantra: ‘I am happy.'

Directions: Take three drops directly on the tongue or in water, three times a day for 2-3 weeks. After that, continue taking as you need it. Some people find flower essences particularly beneficial during times of astrological significance or certain lunar cycles. Flower essences taken during yoga, meditation or other forms of healing/ritual work are also excellent at increasing the therapeutic and healing effects of the remedy.
