Over the years I have come across so many talented and extraordinary individuals that, for whatever reason, decided that they weren't good enough to pursue their talents and dreams. It has been heartbreaking to witness the joy that a person expresses when they talk about what they love, only to shoot themselves down when confronted with the opportunity to pursue their passion. This essence is for you if you feel like you are not good enough, not talented enough...not whatever enough. You are. This essence gently reminds you that you are everything you think you are not...and more.

Mantra: ‘I courageously walk my path, honouring my heart and speaking my truth.'

Directions: Take three drops directly on the tongue or in water, three times a day for 2-3 weeks. After that, continue taking as you need it. Some people find flower essences particularly beneficial during times of astrological significance or certain lunar cycles. Flower essences taken during yoga, meditation or other forms of healing/ritual work are also excellent at increasing the therapeutic and healing effects of the remedy.
