Rise Above is for those of us who feel we are limited by who we are and what we can create. If there is something you want to do but feel you are facing a mountain of obstacles, this flower essence is for you. It is not a magic solution in a bottle but it can help you to gently rise above problems without getting overly discouraged. 

Rise Above carries a gentle reminder that despite current limitations, “this too shall pass.” Take this essence when you want to break negative patterns of behaviour and think outside the box. 

Mantra: 'I rise above problems.'

Directions: Take three drops directly on the tongue or in water/herbal tea, three times a day for 2-3 weeks. After that, continue taking as you need it. Some people find flower essences particularly beneficial during times of astrological significance or certain lunar cycles. Flower essences taken during yoga, meditation or other forms of healing/ritual work are also excellent at increasing the therapeutic and healing effects of the remedy.

Ingredients: Wild harvested and star jasmine, hawthorn, motherwort, starflower, rose, calendula, yarrow, kundalini citrine elixir, brandy and spring water.

All flowers used in Starflower Botanica were gathered in Wicklow during the new and full moon, left to steep in the sun and moonlight.
